Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Security Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the maturity of the Security Risk Management program to support risk-informed decision-making
• Lead a team of Security Risk Management engineers to enhance program operations
• Serve as the primary contact for escalations and integrate security risk management across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field preferred
• 12+ years of security experience or an advanced degree with 8 years of security experience
• 2-4 years of prior team management experience
• Relevant security and GRC certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC)
• Working knowledge of security, assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks
