Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer specializing in collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services, responding to Tier 2/3 support issues
• Conduct proactive performance assessments and manage escalated incidents within the M365 environment
• Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve cases and maintain technical knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT or an MSP environment focused on Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• Desired bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology and relevant certifications
