PKI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Key Infrastructure Architect (PKI Architect).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PKI strategy and architecture
• Manage certificate lifecycle processes including issuance, renewal, and revocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI elements securely

Required Qualifications and Education

• Demonstrable expertise in cryptography, certificate management, and networking protocols
• Hands-on experience with PKI technologies and standards such as X.509, OCSP, and CRL
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python or Shell, for automation
• Knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001/2
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred
