IT Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Lead who will manage user access, licensing, and troubleshooting in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Managed Service Providers to implement and manage Microsoft 365 services
• Administer user identities, licenses, and configurations across Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting cloud-based applications in a remote or hybrid environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and user/license management
• Proven experience with Entra ID
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SaaS security best practices
