Technology Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Services Analyst to participate in system improvement requirements for Property Management Software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve project execution for software platforms like RealPage, Yardi, and Entrata
• Gather and analyze business requirements to document workflows and evaluate project objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize and implement software improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata product suites
• Strong quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with internal and external customers
