Key Responsibilities

- Drive content innovation while maintaining rigorous regulatory standards and staying updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or medical writing certification is a plus
- 5+ years in content strategy, editorial, or copywriting roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing industry
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in an agency or in-house pharma marketing setting
- Proven experience navigating medical/legal/regulatory review processes and understanding pharma marketing channels
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Experience Manager, or other pharma CMS/workflow tools
