Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs, focusing on user journeys for acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns
- Create and manage email and SMS campaigns, addressing user drop-off points and ensuring compliance with best practices
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in high-consideration environments
- 2-3 years of experience managing and scaling teams
- Deep expertise in HubSpot; familiarity with Braze, Iterable, or similar tools is a plus
- Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation and basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven campaign strategy
