Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement opportunities through identification, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of changes
- Own data analysis and visualization related to customer experience metrics and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation and improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical visualization tools
- Understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis using programming languages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
