Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Governance & Validation Lead Analyst to ensure the integrity and quality of healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Query and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL and other tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data definitions, ownership, and lineage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and pharmacy data
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake environments
