Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Benefits Contracting Specialist to join their Onboarding and Contracts Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the issuance of policies and certificates in compliance with established processes and standards
• Collaborate with brokers, employers, and internal stakeholders to create and amend policies and contracts
• Research complex contract-related questions and provide solutions to employers and internal partners

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, product compliance, or group benefits operations
• Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of product offerings and understanding of data flow in employer and employee journeys
