Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Benefits Contracting Specialist to join their Onboarding and Contracts Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the issuance of policies and certificates in compliance with established processes and standards
- Collaborate with brokers, employers, and internal stakeholders to create and amend policies and contracts
- Research complex contract-related questions and provide solutions to employers and internal partners
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, product compliance, or group benefits operations
- Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of product offerings and understanding of data flow in employer and employee journeys
