A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist responsible for document preparation, negotiation management, and contract tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract templates and prepare initial drafts based on requests from contract owners
- Review and update the contract management system, preparing various activity reports as requested
- Coordinate negotiations and advise contract owners on approval requirements and contract execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management or a similar consulting role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with contract management software
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of contract provisions
