Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to build and manage the financial operations that support its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and manage tax filings
• Partner with the Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in GAAP, SaaS metrics, and ASC 606
• Proven experience in supporting early-stage startups and scaling finance systems
• Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset
• Experience with FP&A software is a bonus
• Familiarity with QBO, Ramp, Rippling, and Sequence is a plus
