Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize month-end and quarter-end close processes for accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, particularly ASC 606, and prepare for external audits
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team while driving the strategic direction of the accounting function

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Deep understanding of GAAP, especially ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS
• Strong experience with month-end/quarter-end close processes and financial reporting
• Proficiency in implementing and optimizing financial systems
• Experience managing and mentoring a small finance team
