Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage the end-to-end billing process and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subscription-based billing and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor and reconcile transactions in Stripe, handling customer issues related to payments
• Prepare billing reports and identify process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and familiarity with financial regulations
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze financial data
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
