Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Administration Specialist to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile funding package totals and resolve discrepancies with vendors and lenders
  • Execute disbursements related to funding received, including loan payoffs and add-on product costs
  • Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan funding activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred
  • Strong understanding of funding processes, loan servicing, or automotive finance is a plus
  • High computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
