Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Administration Specialist to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile funding package totals and resolve discrepancies with vendors and lenders
- Execute disbursements related to funding received, including loan payoffs and add-on product costs
- Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan funding activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred
- Strong understanding of funding processes, loan servicing, or automotive finance is a plus
- High computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
