Corporate Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Reporting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business insight on financial performance to senior leaders and prepare management reporting for board meetings
• Enhance forecasts for free cash flow and balance sheet
• Collaborate with finance teams on various financial aspects including investor relations and tax planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial or analytical roles, preferably in tech or Big 4 accounting firms
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA and/or CFA is a plus
• Experience in SaaS is preferred
