Senior Director of Structured Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Structured Finance to lead structured finance initiatives in the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of corporate/project financing initiatives, including tax equity and debt structures
• Oversee and refine financial models while negotiating terms to optimize compliance and returns
• Evaluate investment proposals and build a network of financing partners in the clean energy space

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or a related field; advanced credentials (MBA, JD, etc.) strongly preferred
• 12+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector with a focus on deal structuring
• Deep familiarity with tax equity deal mechanics and renewable financing frameworks
• Prior experience managing the full lifecycle of structured finance deals
• Proficient in Excel-based financial models and understanding of key structures
