Key Responsibilities
  • Review and log all correspondence for timeliness and related information
  • Create and send correspondence regarding payment or denied claims decisions
  • Distribute reports to the appropriate departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing, medical billing, or customer service
  • Proficient in operating a 10-key/alpha keyboard
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
