Key Responsibilities
- Review and log all correspondence for timeliness and related information
- Create and send correspondence regarding payment or denied claims decisions
- Distribute reports to the appropriate departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing, medical billing, or customer service
- Proficient in operating a 10-key/alpha keyboard
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
