A company is looking for a Managed Repair Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reconstruction portion of claims, ensuring efficient communication and active claims management
- Evaluate reconstruction needs, verify claim status with insurance carriers, and work with contractors on job scope
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, with 3-4 years handling Property claims
- Advanced ability to audit estimates and invoices, and negotiate pricing as necessary
- In-depth understanding of property claim handling requirements and advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and internet applications
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet connection
