CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager / Lead / Supervisor in the manufacturing industry with CPA certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the monthly financial close process and oversee account reconciliations
• Prepare financial information for consolidation and ensure compliance with internal/external audits and SOX
• Drive process improvement initiatives and develop junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA certification is required
• More than 5 years of professional accounting experience in a medium to large-sized publicly held manufacturing company
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and understanding of GAAP
• Proven success in coaching and mentoring team members
