Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare financial statements, footnotes, and related SEC disclosures
• Lead the financial statement audit process and manage communications with external auditors
• Provide technical accounting guidance for new products, partnerships, and business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and experience in drafting accounting memos
• Experience in areas such as debt, equity, revenue recognition, and leases
• CPA license or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred
• Familiarity with public company readiness and SOX/internal controls is a plus
