CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Hybrid - Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Prepare financial statements and conduct account analyses and reconciliations
• Lead initiatives to enhance accounting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA track preferred
• 5-10 years of hands-on revenue accounting experience, ideally in financial services
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Intacct or similar preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
