CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger management and financial statement preparation
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting
• Establish and refine accounting policies and procedures that align with operational requirements and company goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining strong financial controls and processes
• Experience in a transportation or supply chain company is strongly preferred
