CPA Global Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Global Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and scale the global accounting function, developing high-performing teams and scalable processes
• Lead the monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting cycle, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and preparing for SEC reporting
• Drive IPO readiness initiatives and cultivate relationships with auditors and external advisors

Required Qualifications

• CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Big 4 experience or related
• 10+ years of relevant experience in senior-level controllership or corporate accounting roles
• Proven experience preparing a company for IPO or as a public company controller
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP and familiarity with financial automation tools
