SALT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax SALT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze tax records, reports, and returns for local, state, and federal taxes
• Supervise and mentor Tax Accountants while managing client relationships and business development
• Represent clients during state and local tax examinations and manage billing and collections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• A minimum of four years' experience in public accounting
• CPA, CMI, or JD preferred
• Specialized knowledge in at least one area of estate, gift, or trust taxation preferred
• In-depth knowledge of individual and business taxation principles
