CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operational Accounting Manager who will oversee internal financial reporting and lead accounting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure compliance with SOX controls
• Prepare and present segment financial results to senior management
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field; Master's degree preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in Public Accounting or senior-level Accounting roles
• Seven or more years of experience in Auditing and/or Accounting for Benefit Plans
• Seven or more years of experience providing analysis for pension and post-retirement medical plans
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
