CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and manage all accounting operations
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Lead external audit processes and provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required; prior Big 4 experience preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
