CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct accounting functions, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, and payroll
• Manage the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial reports for the Executive Team and Board
• Oversee audits, maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of accounting experience, with at least 6 years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• CPA license required
• Public Accounting experience required; experience in a Big 4 firm preferred
• Knowledge of Financial and ERP systems; experience with Workday preferred
