Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant responsible for various monthly accounting activities and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Record entries for activity and transactions for assigned accounts, primarily including Inventory, COGS, and Revenue
• Support technical GAAP analysis of new company initiatives and transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment
• Assist with audit requests and reconcile and analyze general ledger and sub-ledger accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in accounting required; 1-2 years with an audit firm preferred
• CPA preferred
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
