CPA Licensed Revenue Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize revenue reporting and reimbursement strategies for the healthcare system
• Manage governmental reimbursement processes and prepare cost reports for various departments
• Recommend and implement strategies to maximize payments within regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of hospital accounting and reimbursement experience
• At least 3 years of recent reimbursement accounting experience in a hospital setting
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree strongly preferred
• CPA certification preferred
