CPA Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager in the Tax Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate and partnership income tax returns
• Support the development and mentorship of junior tax staff
• Assist with implementing effective income tax planning strategies and collaborate with internal teams on various engagements

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA, EA, or JD license required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Tax Manager level experience in a complex tax environment
• In-depth experience with corporate and partnership clients, including international transactions
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office suite
