CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical accounting memos on various topics, including long-lived asset impairment and capitalized software
• Monitor new accounting standards and assess their financial implications
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for SEC filings

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification with over 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting areas
• Proven experience preparing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy)
• Strong command of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
