Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Benefits Coding Analyst II (CPC, RHIT or RHIA).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain code level benefit definitions for compliance with regulations
- Create and review configuration templates to ensure accuracy of benefit requirements
- Participate in the annual benefit change process and assist in training new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of medical coding or billing experience
- Managed Care experience related to benefits coding or claims processing
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT or RHIA) is required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace insurance benefits preferred
