A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain credit/collection portfolios and manage customer data
- Perform credit underwriting and account reconciliation, including dispute resolution and adjustments
- Maintain weekly reporting, assist with cash application, and provide customer service
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Arts Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- A minimum of three years of credit and collections experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment
- Experience with data management and reporting
