Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curriculum Manager to oversee the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of its curriculum across all programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage curriculum planning, course development workflows, and compliance reviews
• Oversee the Content Creator Mentoring Program to support and develop content creators
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with institutional and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in higher education
• Preferred experience in education administration or curriculum development
• Knowledge of instructional design is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems
