Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insights & Customer Analytics Manager to lead the analytics team and drive product analytics development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Analytics, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Partnerships teams
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and design customer A/B tests to analyze product effectiveness
- Lead and mentor the analytics team while managing workload and ensuring timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Excellent command of SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
