Job Summary
A company is looking for a Rep I - Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and updates customers on new programs and services
- Assists with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders while coordinating with field sales and warehouse associates
- Processes customer orders and provides accurate information regarding products and services
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Two to four years of directly related experience
- Familiarity with products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills
