Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through various communication technologies
  • Provides Tier 1 support for CM/ECF and performs remote troubleshooting
  • Ensures proper documentation, escalation, and follow-up for unresolved issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting IT issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle different product service calls
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain an active AOUSC Public Trust clearance
