A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - PACER.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through various communication technologies
- Provides Tier 1 support for CM/ECF and performs remote troubleshooting
- Ensures proper documentation, escalation, and follow-up for unresolved issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 0 - 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting IT issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle different product service calls
- Must be able to acquire and maintain an active AOUSC Public Trust clearance
