Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Outreach who will engage members and enroll them in targeted programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to members in a timely manner
• Deliver effective communication to motivate members to utilize services and proactively manage their health
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to support care coordination and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of inside sales experience
• Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms
• Preferred experience in cold calling and call center environments
• Demonstrated ability to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Authorization to work in the United States
