A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to patient inquiries
- Document customer encounters accurately in the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, and collection of patient balances
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred
- One year of experience in customer service, payment collection, or medical billing terminology
- Knowledge of government and non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
- Familiarity with medical terminology and billing practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Epic Professional Billing preferred
