Customer Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer business and technical objectives
• Design and present technical solutions and demonstrations on the Supabase platform
• Guide customers through onboarding and provide ongoing support to optimize platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience in web application development with familiarity in Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with project management and business analysis tools like HubSpot and BigQuery
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value
