Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant / vCISO.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for multiple clients, providing strategic leadership on cybersecurity matters
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity programs tailored to clients' unique needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience will be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CISO, ISO, or vCISO, preferably in regulated industries
• Professional certifications such as CMMC, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly desired
• In-depth knowledge of frameworks and regulations including NIST, CMMC, HIPAA, GLBA, and PCI DSS
• Experience supporting CMMC readiness or assessments is preferred
