About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
As a representative for our Norwegian-speaking clients, you'll handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction in a friendly and professional manner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker
- Good English communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but full training is provided
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in the EU
