Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to perform data integration and analysis in immunology-related disease areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data integration and analysis of bulk transcriptomics, single-cell omics, and spatial transcriptomics datasets
• Collaborate with teams to curate, integrate, and analyze omics data for insights into liver biology and metabolic-associated liver disease
• Develop computational tools and algorithms, and communicate results to the scientific team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in genomic and multi-omic data analysis, including single-cell RNASeq and bulk RNASeq
• Fluency in Python and/or R, with experience in Linux environments and workflow management
• Educational background: Master's degree with 3-5 years or PhD with 0-3 years of experience
• Familiarity with statistical approaches in omics and best practices in single-cell analysis
• Experience in immunology or fibrotic diseases is a plus
