Data Analyst - Payments Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Payments Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and document anomalies in payments data and fraud patterns
• Analyse payment transactions using advanced Excel skills to identify unusual behaviour
• Contribute to reporting on payments KPIs, fraud rates, and risk events

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in payments, fraud, or transactional data
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and relational databases
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
• Familiarity with Python, R, or statistical tools is a plus
