Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales engineering support for hardware and software technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of IT engineering experience
• Knowledge of hardware and software technologies, particularly from vendors like Dell/EMC, NetApp, and Cisco
• Understanding of server, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies
• Technology industry certifications are a plus
