• Develop and maintain best practices for data integration and transformation
• Utilize APIs and Python to manage inventory and metadata for data pipelines
• Lead a team of data engineers, ensuring timely and quality work while conducting mentorship and pipeline reviews

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and mentoring junior data engineering resources
• Highly skilled in SQL and Python with knowledge of modern data engineering architecture
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise-grade frameworks
• Ability to work with senior leaders to design scalable data frameworks
• Hands-on experience with data engineering and automation tools like Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks
