Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insights & Customer Analytics Manager to lead the analytics team and develop product analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams including Product Analytics, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Partnerships
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and conduct customer A/B tests to analyze product effectiveness
- Manage the analytics team's workload, ensuring timely delivery and professional growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Excellent command of SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Python, including libraries like NumPy and Pandas
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
