Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Director, Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Data practice, focusing on strategy, offering development, and go-to-market initiatives
• Develop marketing campaigns and thought leadership to promote expertise in data analytics and attract talent
• Manage P&L and ensure the financial performance of the Data services while mentoring and leading team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in data & analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, engineering, BI tools, and analytics frameworks
• Experience in P&L management within a services organization
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, and cloud data platforms
