Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Data to lead its functional data organization and drive a scalable data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the data organization, including analytics, data science, and governance
• Define and operationalize a data strategy that aligns with growth goals and product roadmap
• Drive business intelligence and insights by partnering with executive stakeholders to define key metrics

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, and data science roles, with 5+ years at the VP level
• Experience in consumer tech, DTC, or eCommerce preferred
• Proven track record of influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams through data-driven decisions
• Experience in establishing data governance and privacy frameworks
• Familiarity with modern data infrastructure and AI tools
